After a week (or more) of persistent rain, the ground at the Fife Show in Cupar was always going to be a bit soggy but this wasn’t going to stop us taking our annual pilgrimage to this great event. Wellies donned we had a fantastic day with the kids who like any boys, love a tractor! Come midday, the sun started to shine and the mud underfoot soon began to dry up.

One of the highlights of the day for the  kids was getting up close to a ferret just before they took to the track for the ferret racing. Other favourites were watching the hunting hounds, the poultry tent and sitting on a small tractor pressing the horn. Oh yes, and getting a plate of chips to share!
